Dr. Lyn A. Campbell is the founder and medical director of Acute Alternative Medical Group & Sleep Center on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Raised in Puerto Rico, he earned his medical degree from Howard University and trained in emergency medicine before serving at hospitals in Washington, D.C., and in leadership roles at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital on St. Croix. He founded Acute Alternative in 2006, established the island’s first urgent care center, and expanded the practice in 2009 with an accredited sleep disorder treatment center. Today, he leads a comprehensive practice offering urgent care, family primary care, sleep services, nutritional guidance, and hormone replacement therapy, guided by his Christian faith and commitment to whole-person care and community well-being.

He attended and graduated from St. Georges University School of Medicine in 1987, after which he completed his residency at the St. Michael’s Medical Center.
Dr. Lakhram has over 35 years of diverse medical experience and is affiliated with many hospitals, including the Governor Juan F Luis Hospital & Medical Center.

Dr. Goloff is a board-certified osteopathic physician specializing in evidence-based care for acute and chronic pain, as well as comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Dr. Goloff earned his Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985.
With over three decades of clinical experience, Dr. Goloff currently leads Pain Medicine VI, PLLC in St. Croix. His approach incorporates advanced pain therapies, preventive medicine, and a focus on overall wellness. He is recognized for his commitment to patient-centered care, mentoring, and integrating technology such as electronic health records and AI to enhance clinical quality.
Dr. Goloff’s career highlights include extensive leadership and teaching roles, medical directorships, residence program director, and clinical educator for medical students and residents. His professional affiliations include the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP).

Dr. Krishna Kilaru is a board-certified internal medicine physician who also specializes in hospital medicine. He earned his medical degree from Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences and completed his residency training at SUNY at Stony Brook/University Hospital. With 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kilaru brings extensive expertise in managing complex medical conditions both in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Dr. Kilaru is affiliated with several prestigious healthcare institutions, including Nassau University Medical Center, Yale New Haven Health Bridgeport Hospital, Stamford Hospital, and Schneider Regional Medical Center in St. Thomas, VI. He focuses on treating high blood pressure conditions, including hypertensive emergencies and pediatric hypertension cases. His clinical skills include performing ankle-brachial index tests to assess circulation, complete blood count testing, and various blood work analyses to help diagnose and monitor patient health.
