Lyn A. Campbell, MD, born in Chicago in 1963, was raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Dillard University in New Orleans in 1985. He received his medical degree from Howard University of Medicine’s College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. in 1989.
After completing his internship and specialty training in Emergency Medicine at Howard University Hospital, Dr. Campbell spent the next 11 years working as an attending staff physician at several well-renowned hospitals in Washington, D.C., including Greater Southeast Hospital, D.C. General Hospital, and Providence Hospital. 
In 2000, answering a deep-rooted call to return to the Caribbean where he spent his formative years, Dr. Campbell accepted an opportunity to become the assistant director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Gov. Juan Luis Hospital on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Dr. Campbell eventually became the director of the department, and later helped develop and oversee the hospital’s Fast Track program. He was also named the first director of the hospital’s Ambulatory Care Services.
Driven by his strong Christian faith and beliefs on helping people in his community, in 2006 Dr. Campbell founded Acute Alternative Medical Group, a private medical practice where he currently serves as medical director. In 2009, Dr. Campbell expanded Acute’s services when he opened St. Croix’s only accredited sleep disorder treatment practice, Acute Alternative Sleep Center. And utilizing his knowledge and expertise in emergency medicine, Dr. Campbell expanded the medical practice by opening St. Croix’s first urgent care center, offering a more convenient and accessible alternative to the nearby hospital emergency room.
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Campbell has dedicated is life and career to improving the health of his patients. But more importantly, his faith and values have been cornerstone of his commitment to bettering the lives of his family, his patients, and his community.

Ramesh B. Lakhram, MD, is a Nephrology specialist in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. He attended and graduated from medical school in 1987, from St. Georges University School of Medicine. Dr. Lakhram then completed his residency at the St. Michael’s Medical Center.
Lakrham has over 35 years of diverse medical experience, especially in Nephrology. He is affiliated with many hospitals including the Governor Juan F Luis Hospital & Medical Center. Dr. Lakrham also has an endocrinology clinic at Acute Alternative Medical Group every Friday.

Dr. Goloff, is a board-certified osteopathic physician specializing in pain management and family practice primary care. Dr. Goloff earned his Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida in 1981.
Postgraduate Experience:
With over three decades of clinical experience, Dr. Goloff currently leads Pain Medicine VI, PLLC in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care for acute and chronic pain as well as comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. His approach incorporates advanced pain therapies, preventive medicine, and a focus on overall wellness.
Dr. Goloff’s career highlights include extensive leadership and teaching roles, medical directorships, Residence program director, Clinical educator for medical students and residents.
He is recognized for his commitment to patient-centered care, mentoring, and integrating technology such as electronic health records and AI to enhance clinical quality.
Among his professional affiliations are the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP). Known for his collaborative and approachable style, Dr. Goloff works closely with patients to develop individualized, practical solutions for pain and health maintenance, making him a trusted resource for families and individuals seeking long-term health.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Goloff is active as a rare book collector, Caribbean Art Museum member, musician, HAM radio Club member, and an artist. Supports the Caribbean Community Theater.
Reflecting his dedication to community engagement, he is a member and volunteer at the St. Croix Botanical Garden, “Ruff Start” Dog Rescue, and the Caribbean Art Museum in Frederiksted.
